And if none of those work for you (Which is highly unlikely) Try this: Go to Start > Run > cmd (or command) > When the box comes up, type in "ping www.SITEYOUWANT.com" without the quotes, it will the come up with an IP Address for that site, which works 90% of the time to bypass firewalls.

Example, if you wanted to get into scorch2000.com, you would go to the Command Prompt, and type in "ping www.scorch2000.com" And then the IP Address would be 64.136.57.230, so in the address bar in the browser, you would type in "http://64.136.57.230" without the quotes, hit enter, and voila!

Have fun! Just don't get caught!
